Solar Manufacturing Plant Operator

Full-Time Permanent On-Site
📋
Responsibilities
✓
Operate & monitor fully automated solar manufacturing machines
✓
Maintain quality standards and safety protocols at all times
✓
Work 8-hour rotating shifts with overtime opportunities
✓
Coordinate with production team for daily output targets
🎓
Eligibility Criteria
✓
ITI / Diploma / B.Com / BA / B.Sc / 12th Pass
✓
Freshers welcome — zero prior experience needed
✓
Basic machine knowledge is a plus
✓
Age: 18 – 28 Years
